At New Heights Community Health Centres we respond to the needs of our community though programs that promote health and well being.

Our programs focus on our priority populations:

youth, those affected by mental health issues, those with multiple complex chronic diseases and under-resourced parents. Free childcare and interpretation is provided for most programmes in the centre.
