The Diabetes Education Centre at New Heights Community Health Centres has been providing services to clients with diabetes since 2002. New Heights Community Health Centres is a non-profit, community-based organization. Our registered nurses and registered dietitians offer free, high quality diabetes education. We are funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
