Catchment Area Information

Our catchment area defines who is eligible for primary health care programs and services at New Heights Community Health Centres.   Many of the health promotion programs and services at the centre do not have a strict catchment area, but instead are targeted to specific populations and groups.  Our geographic catchment is Eglinton to Steeles, Keele to Bathurst.  However, in order to ensure that our resources are focused on those with the greatest need, New Heights Community Health Centres will prioritize priority neighbourhoods within our larger geographic catchment.
