Primary Care

At New Heights Community Health Centres, we believe in a client-centered, multi-disciplinary approach to primary health care. This means that our clients are at the centre of any planning and decision making about their treatment and/or care.
 Our doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians and chiropodist work closely as a team to provide the best information and guidance to our clients and support them in the decisions they make about their health care. The care provided is confidential and respectful of cultural diversity. The primary care team encourages clients to make use of the health promotion programs both here at the health centre and in the community.
