New Heights Community Health Centres (New Heights CHCs) is leading the implementation of a new satellite community health centre and community hub in the Bathurst-Finch neighbourhood as well as Action for Neighbourhood Change project. The satellite and hub are in development and we have already started to provide primary health care services to the Bathurst-Finch community. Action for Neighbourhood Change is now in its third year and has managed to start a number of exciting initiatives in the neighbourhood, including Neighbourhood Action Group, Bathurst-Finch Kaleidoscope Community Newspaper and Youth Media Club, various support and interest groups, etc.
